Conflict & Disagreements are inevitable. As family members, business associates, neighbors, and even friends go about their everyday interactions it’s only a matter of time before two or more people cannot agree and a dispute arises. It is common to feel intense emotion and not always easy to find the words to express appropriate ideas and opinions that lead to viable solutions.
Trying to resolve a dispute or mediate an agreement on your own can be challenging. Hiring a lawyer and taking your disagreement to court can be complicated, stressful, and very expensive.
At Rome Mediation Group, our trained Mediators (aka Neutrals) facilitate a process designed to solve problems and generate a mutually acceptable agreement between the parties. We leave problem-solving and decision-making for sound solutions in the parties’ hands. This is known as: self-determination. Typically, issues are resolved to everyone’s satisfaction and an agreement is signed in 2-4 hours.

Many clients are interested in pursuing a resolution to their issues without the use of the court system. Others elect to engage an attorney, but prefer to resolve their issues through mediation and need a Mediator, (aka “Neutral”). At RMG we have a team of experienced Mediators as well as “Advisors” in law, Church, and Psychology. The clients may select their mediator or one may be assigned based on the nature or complexity of the case.
